Chandri Chowk - the Hindi name for Old Delhi - is congested, wild, dirty - before looking at this image any further, close your eyes and imagine the worst and the sweetest smell (say, a mixture of mango and urine) and the highest noise level (your neighbours 2-year old playing with dad's jackhammer while his deaf granny is listenting to some Bollywood Hip-Hop will do). Then take another glance: it's even worse and more beautiful than that!
